Brett Passmore

Owner

Brett serves as the company’s Senior Technology and Business Process Consultant.

With over a decade of experience in the information technology and business management industries, Brett specializes in a variety of services, including legal technologies, litigation support, information architecture and systems implementation.

Prior to founding Enstep Technology Solutions, Brett worked as Senior Transition Engineer at Forward Air, a transportation logistics company. He also held several positions in the information technology and services industry, including Chief Technology Officer of Pinch Group of Companies and Technology Director of Ask Harris.

One of Brett’s greatest passions is his family and friends. He truly loves to serve and give to others. This is evident in his service on the board of CosAbility and his active leadership in his church. Both Brett and his wife, Amy, also serve on the board of The Forgotten People, a missionary organization that is changing the lives of many people in the mountains of Guatemala.

Amy Passmore

Owner and Office Manager

Amy is Brett’s wife of 22 wonderful years, and they have a lovely daughter, Kirsten.

In 1996, Amy graduated from Bible College. As helping and serving people is one of her passions, she has worked for several social service agencies. She currently serves on the board for CosAbility, a non-profit organization that teaches and inspires those with disabilities how to cosplay. She is the Vice President of the Ms. Wheelchair Texas Foundation, and she volunteers for the Houston Fireballs, a power chair soccer team. She also is an active member of Element City Church, regularly opening her home for church-related events.

In Amy’s down time, she loves to travel with her family.

What she loves most about working for Enstep is the family atmosphere and being able to have her daughter with her each day at the office.

Kelly Trammel

Executive Assistant

Kelly has been friends with Brett and Amy for over 30 years.

She attended Applied Life Christian College and graduated in 1996. She was an area manager for a retail chain, assistant to the principal at a Christian school, and youth pastor before joining Enstep.

Kelly is a proud wife and mother. She has been married for 19 years “to the funniest, best looking, and smartest man”, and they have two wonderful children, Ethan and Alexis. When Kelly is not busy working or being wife and mom, she loves to read and watch dramatic movies. Shawshank Redemption and the Count of Monte Cristo are two of her faves.

What does she like most about working at Enstep? “The family atmosphere; our clients are simply the best and a joy to work with; and working for my best friends.”

Kelly’s life motto says a lot about the kind of person she is: “People are God’s most precious commodity; treat them that way. Greatness is not measured in how great you make yourself; greatness is measured in how great you make others.”

Eric has been friends with Amy and Brett since high school. He has a MBA and 21 years of IT and Accounting experience.

He has been married for 18 years to his awesome wife and they have one child. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding bikes, swimming, and walking his dogs.

He has an amazing girlfriend and three cats. His hobbies include electrical engineering, creating custom PCs, and occasional gaming.

The Boondock Saints is Nathan’s favorite movie and he enjoyed reading the book Alas Babylon.

JFK’s famous quote about peace speaks to Nathan the most, “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”

He enjoys working for Enstep and said the following, “We are encouraged and given the opportunities to learn and attain knowledge that benefits the client and Enstep.”

He appreciates Ferris Bueller’s famous words, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” But his all time favorite movie is the 1989 version of Batman with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson.

Ryan also enjoys spending time helping others. He has spent time in Haiti doing networking and security upgrades for a charity. He also volunteers with the South Texas District Royal Rangers.
“In my relatively short time and Enstep I have learned that having a team is an invaluable experience. Coming from a background of being on my own, having a team has helped my grow and learn more. They know stuff that I don’t, and I know stuff that they don’t. We learn from each other and build on our relationships to help support our customers better. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with.”
“Never underestimate what you are capable of. If you fail, get up and try again.”
Ryan’s favorite quote is from Thomas Edison said “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work. Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
