Brett serves as the company’s Senior Technology and Business Process Consultant. With over a decade of experience in the information technology and business management industries, Brett specializes in a variety of services, including legal technologies, litigation support, information architecture and systems implementation. Prior to founding Enstep Technology Solutions, Brett worked as Senior Transition Engineer at Forward Air, a transportation logistics company. He also held several positions in the information technology and services industry, including Chief Technology Officer of Pinch Group of Companies and Technology Director of AskHarris. In addition to his work in the IT world, Brett has also contributed to grassroots organizations, serving as Executive Director of The F3 Coalition and Grassroots Director of Houston Area Mike Huckabee for President.

Byron has over ten years of experience in various technical roles. His diverse experience has exposed him to the unique demands of many different industries from construction to legal to energy to name a few. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1999 with a BS in Computer Engineering Technology. Byron has a passion to learn new methodologies and find creative ways to implement them and bring greater efficiency to his clients.

Joe comes to us with over fifteen years of technical and project management expertise. Joe is a certified Project Management Professional, ITIL v3 Foundations certified, and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained. Joe is also nearing the completion of a Master in Science in Information Systems Management. Joe is a member of the American Society for Quality and the Project Management Institute. Prior to working for Enstep Technology Solutions, Joe worked as an IT Analyst for HSBC, a position he enjoyed for over eight years. Joe's past certifications include Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, and Nortel.

Michael has 12 years of experience in the IT field covering a wide range of areas from build-outs to pc repair. His background consists of Litigation support to pc support and pc repair for one of the largest school districts in the State of Texas. Michael's past and current IT experience will only help him broaden his knowledge of the IT field and allow him to execute this in the position he currently holds with Enstep Technology Solutions.
